My first introduction to sales and the motor trade came at just 17 when Adam was spotted by a Renault Sales Manager who liked his attitude and recognised his drive.

He offered Adam a job in the Sales Department. Adam accepted. But it wasn’t too long before he stepped away to pursue his passion for music and set up his own business through which he worked as a nightclub DJ as well as organising parties and events.

Still only 20 I seized another business venture when an opportunity arose for me to team up with a group of friends to make and sell an alcoholic beverage. We made a lot of money very quickly but also learned tough lessons along the way encountering many problems with production and getting payment from people in the night club industry was not always easy to say the least!

Recognising that I needed some stability, I sought a change in direction and landed a job in business consultancy and recruitment firm in Birmingham. It was during this time I learned more about the workings of the business world and managing and motivating people.
